Marie,
All-players are required to tryout and earn their spot on our team each year. (Last season only 4 of 10 or our 14's from the previous year played for our 15's) This number will vary from year to year, but it indicates that spots on our teams are not automatic for players from previous years.

: Coach(s); I have a duaghter interested in trying out for the 15's team. She has been in club for the past 3 years, and is interested in WSVBC but we're wondering if you mainly take your team from the previous year and fill in if someone drops out - or if everyone has a pretty equal chance. Thanks for any feedback.
