Coach(s); I have a duaghter interested in trying out for the 15's team. She has been in club for the past 3 years, and is interested in WSVBC but we're wondering if you mainly take your team from the previous year and fill in if someone drops out - or if everyone has a pretty equal chance. Thanks for any feedback.
